Cross Men’s Ministry is a men’s group which focuses its time, effort and resources in three main areas:
Fellowship
Monthly breakfast with Topical Discussion based on Biblical principles
Sponsor of the Annual Valentine’s Dinner/Dance
Sponsor of a professional sporting event outing
Sponsor weekly golf outings May through August
Assist with the church-wide Fall Kick-Off and Pig Roast
Assist with any other fellowship events at Cross as needed
Outreach (Assisting people outside the walls of Cross)
Provide a meal for 30-40 people at Love, Inc. once a month
Provide leaf raking in the fall for those who are in need of those services
In partnership with BASICS, a Christian organization assisting the disadvantaged in the Milwaukee area
Spiritual Growth
Provide small group Bible Study for men
Provide leadership in church-wide Bible study
Monthly breakfast with Topical Discussion based on Biblical principles
Attend the annual “No Regrets” Conference held at Elmbrook Church
Any man who is a member of Cross may join our men’s group by contacting John Hakala at 262-661-4630. No membership form needs to be filled out and there is no membership fee. To become a member, all that is required is an interest on your part in any of our activities. Contact John today!
